MISE serial number

Each MISE unit has a unique, 16-byte serial number. It can be obtained using the GETSER/CMD utility:

	GETSER
 	MISE Serial Number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

This allows for about 3.4x10^38 MISE units to be produced. I'd better get back to soldering.
